True Empowering specializes in improving workforce stability and efficiency by addressing employee turnover, boosting retention, and refining recruitment processes to ensure long-term organizational success.

 

Delivery Format:
• On-Demand, Virtual & In-Person Options Available
• In-Person Sessions Emphasize Peer Engagement. 
• Each module is tailored to align with the organization’s specific goals and challenges.
• Each Module is 1.15 – 1.45 Hours in Length (Except for Module 13, which includes five 2-hour sessions)
